COD MW4 Beta Weapon Tier List and Builds by U4GM

Post by Andrew736 »

Modern Warfare 4's beta rewards players who build around movement, recoil, and the range of each fight. The new Apex Attachment system adds another layer to that process, so copying a popular loadout is not enough. You need a setup that matches how you actually play. For aggressive teams, MW4 Bot Lobbies can also offer a calmer place to practise aim, routes, and equipment timing before stepping into tougher matches. The M4 Hurricane conversion is a strong starting point because it turns a familiar rifle into a quick-firing 5.7x28mm weapon built for cramped rooms and fast pushes.

Build Around the M4 Hurricane

Unlock the conversion at weapon level 68, then pair it with the SA LAZ-500 dim laser for a quicker sight transition. The TZL-110 V1 Flash Hider steadies bursts, while the Hurricane Grip and Stock keep strafing smooth. Frangible ammunition can interrupt an opponent's escape, though its recent reductions make positioning more important than ever. Quick Fix, Fast Hands, and Blood Rush fit this style well. Flash Grenades, Semtex, Portable Radar, UAV support, Crossfire, and an Attack Helicopter round out a class made for taking space rather than waiting for it.

Make the ISO Nightshade Work Up Close

The ISO Nightshade suits players who like to force short-range fights. Its 923 rounds-per-minute fire rate feels excellent when you enter from the side, but the reduced damage range means careless open-ground pushes can fall apart quickly. The ZLR Carbon-900 barrel gives it a little more reach, and the TA Lightning R3M Flash Hider helps keep bursts manageable. Add the Schlager Visiv-5 bright laser for a faster sprint-to-fire transition, then choose the Demo STP-1 rear grip and EXP G2-44 Stock for a lighter feel. A 40-round magazine is the safer pick when several enemies may be nearby.

Keep the Remaining Classes Practical

The HAN 86 is the steady choice for players who watch lanes and take medium-range duels. Its VLK Trimmer optic, TZL-110 V1 Flash Hider, FSS Tac90 angled short grip, and Schlager Visiv-5 laser create a clean, responsive rifle. The PPSH-41 takes the opposite approach. Its Hanbit Chimmuk-IN Silenced Barrel, XRK Clutch-LS dim laser, 53-round magazine, MT-L5 Jinhwa light stock, and 7.62 Tokarev ammunition make it ideal for clearing rooms and holding an objective. The standard M4 remains the safest all-purpose option, especially with the VLK Trimmer, SZ Gen.6 PEQ bright laser, TZL-110 V1 Flash Hider, FSS Tac90 Grip, and 5.56 NATO ammunition.

Use the Hurricane when movement and close pressure matter most.
Pick the Nightshade for rapid entries and short sightlines.
Choose the HAN 86 or standard M4 when consistency across changing ranges is the priority.

Test the Details Before You Commit

Small handling changes can decide a close round, so spend time checking each class on the maps you play most. If you prefer a relaxed warm-up, the Bot Lobbies MW4 option gives you room to test recoil, reload windows, and sightlines without rushing every decision. Once the setup feels natural, adjust only one attachment at a time. That way, you'll know whether a faster laser, larger magazine, or steadier grip is genuinely helping your gunfights.
